Prior to the formation of Montague & Associates, we worked together at DHR International along with Teresa Pool, one of our M&A Strategic Partners. With our team’s many years of experience collaborating on hundreds of nonprofit executive searches, we have developed proven processes and efficient workflows to optimize searches and produce the best outcomes for our clients.
